Pedestrian in Fatal Accident is Identified

Dunbar police have identified the pedestrian who was killed trying to cross I-64 on foot Thursday night. The driver of the vehicle did not see 36-year old Jesse Holt Jr., who was wearing dark-colored clothing and had no visible reflective material. It happened around 9pm Thursday on I-64 East, and Holt died at the scene. The driver won’t be charged and is cooperating with the investigation.
