South Charleston Police Investigate Car Break-ins

Car break-ins have been a big problem in the Spring Hills area of South Charleston. Late last week several car windows were smashed and items take from vehicles near Ohio Avenue and Indiana Avenue, and investigators are working to figure out if those break-ins are connected to more than 20 others reported last Thursday in Charleston.
