One Accused in Kareem Hunter’s Death is Not Guilty

The man accused of beating Kareem Hunter to death with a rubber mallet in Marmet is not guilty, according to the jury. Miguel Quinones was accused of beating Hunter to death and then dumping his body in a shallow grave in Beckley. The Kanawha County jury found Quinones not guilty of first-degree murder Monday after being deadlocked for a short time earlier in the day.
