New appointments at the Office of Miners’ Health Safety & Training

Changes at the state Office of Miners’ Health Safety and Training. Governor Justice appointed former Massey Energy official Eugene White as the office’s director. Johnny Kinder and Frank Foster were appointed as deputy directors. Union workers are questioning Foster’s appointment, due to his support of former Massey CEO Don Blankenship.
