Man is Arrested After Encounter with St. Albans Police

A man was arraigned after being released from the hospital, after an incident where he and two St. Albans police officers were injured. 31-year old Samuel Manriquez faces charges of transferring and receiving stolen property, fleeing in a vehicle and child endangerment. A 5 -year old child was riding on the center console during the police pursuit.
