Lawsuit

The lawsuit against Frontier Communications allegedly shows 365 cases where the Internet provider loaded extra “loading” fees to contracts. The lawsuit claims Frontier overcharged more than four-million dollars of a 126-million-dollar contract on the loading fees to cover administrative costs. In one case, an Eastern Panhandle project was first quoted at 34-hundred dollars, but on the final invoice, there was more than nine-thousand dollars in just loading fees.
