Kindergartener brigs crystal meth to school
A kindergartener brought crystal meth to school, and his grandmother is under arrest. It happened Monday morning at East Lynn Elementary School. The grandmother, Cheryl Brown, is charged with child neglect. Authorities are searching for the boy’s mother, Halicia Melbar, who is also facing child neglect charges.
