Hepatitis A reported at Dupont Middle School

The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department is investigating more than sixty cases of Hepatitis A, including two cases at Dupont Middle School. The local cases are linked to a multi-state Hepatitis A outbreak. A two-dose vaccine series is available for adults and children. The Health Department has provided over 150 vaccines since the outbreak began.
