Former Marine wants to be next governor

A former Marine and Pentagon accountant wants to become West Virginia’s next governor. Les Payton and his supporters are working to get more than 66-hundred signatures to get his name on the November ballot. If they are successful, the Independent will be on the ballot against Bill Cole and Jim Justice.
