Your water bill may be going up…West Virginia American Water is asking the Public Service Commission to adjust its rates for water and wastewater service. The company says it needs more revenue to pay for 200-million-dollars in system improvements to replace and upgrade aging infrastructure. The average customer would see a rate increase of over ten-dollars-a-month.
