West Virginia man dies in plane crash
A West Virginia man died in a plane crash in Fancy Gap…Virginia State Police say the plane went down early Sunday morning in Carroll County. The pilot, 65-year-old Ralph Young died in the crash. He was flying from Fayetteville to Elkin, North Carolina. The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating.
