Escaped inmate captured

Kanawha County deputies captured an escaped inmate who removed his GPS ankle monitor last week. Thirty-eight-year-old Stephen Crowder was arrested Sunday night on Eight-Mile Hollow Road in the Campbell’s Creek area. Crowder was on parole for robbery and arson.
