Transportation Secretary moving delibertely on road bonds

West Virginia Transportation Secretary Tom Smith says that he is moving deliberately on what could be a total of $2.6 billion dollars in road bonds. His first priority is funding 13 interstate reconstruction projects and 18 bridge replacements around the state.
