State of emergency in 10 WV counties

Governor Jim Justice has declared a state of emergency in ten central West Virginia counties. Significant flooding from heavy rainfall is causing problems in several areas. Officials are evacuating some locations affected by high water. The West Virginia National Guard is on stand-by to help out.
