Shots fired at Hurricane apartment complex

A Hurricane man is under arrest after shots were fired in the Hickory Mills apartment complex around noon Thursday. Thirty-five-year-old Robert Martin is charged with wanton endangerment. He told police he was being chased by clowns who were hiding in the bushes near his apartment. No one was hurt and police secured the surrounding neighborhood.
