Shooter on a scooter

NYPD is looking for a suspect who shot a woman as she got out of a cab early Sunday in Manhattan. The woman was shot in the arm and was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Surveillance video shows the suspect riding off on an electric scooter. It happened near Rivington Street and Ludlow Street on the Lower East Side. Contact police if you have any information.
