Seneca Law suit

A class action law suit is being filed against Seneca Coal Resources LLC. The lawsuit claims that the 120 miners who were laid off in early April were not given the 60-days WARN notice. The Pinnacle Mine in Wyoming County also turned away nearly 200 workers when they showed up to work one day in January of this year. Seneca purchased the mine last December from Cliffs Natural Resources.
