Off-duty officer flashes girls

Police say an officer is under arrest for exposing himself to girls in the Bronx. Adam Fridson was off-duty when he flashed two sisters earlier this month. The incident was captured on surveillance video. Fridson had to surrender his gun and badge and has been reassigned.
