New Judge
A new judge is being appointed in West Virginia. Governor Justice announced the appointment of Debra McLaughlin to Circuit Court Judge for the 23rd Judicial Circuit, filling the vacancy created by the death of the Honorable John Yoder. McLaughlin lives in Berkeley Springs, has practiced law in West Virginia since 1999 and was the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Morgan County from 1999 to 2002.
