Nationwide Payless Closings Include a Charleston Store

Payless announced it’s closing 400 stores nationwide, and several of those are in West Virginia. Stores scheduled to close include Charleston Town Center and Morgantown Mall. The Payless stores on RHL Boulevard off of Corridor G will remain open. Payless ShoeSource is reorganizing under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and owns more than 4000 stores.
