Medical Marijuana

West Virginia’s medical marijuana bill now has Governor Justice’s signature. The proposal was hardly even on the radar when this year’s Legislative session began several months ago, but it made it all the way to the Governor’s desk. Justice signed it Tuesday, which will make West Virginia the 29th state in the country to legalize medical marijuana.
