Manchin and Tomblin at convention

Senator Joe Manchin and Governor Earl Ray Tomblin are among the 37 West Virginia delegates in Philadelphia. The Democratic National Convention began yesterday. The chairperson for the West Virginia delegation wants to see how Hillary Clinton responds to previous comments about wanting to put coal miners out of work, and mining companies out of business.
