Girls Found Safe

Two West Virginia girls who became the subjects of an Amber Alert have been found safe, and a man wanted in connection with their disappearance has been arrested. News outlets report that 45-year-old Carl Ray Fortney was apprehended Wednesday near Petersburg following the alleged abduction of his daughter, 6-year-old Cheylynn Fortney, and stepdaughter, 14-year-old Cherity Hannon.
