Flood Watch in effect through Monday afternoon

Many areas of Kanawha, Cabell, and Putnam counties are dealing with flooding after heavy rain over the weekend. The worst of the flooding is along Four Pole Creek on Enslow Boulevard. The road is closed between 12th and 16th Streets. A flood watch is in effect through this afternoon.
