Fireworks law
A new fireworks law will be put into place in South Charleston. The use of fireworks will be restricted to just four holidays a year. Fireworks can be shot off on Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor Day up until midnight. On New Year’s Eve fireworks will be allowed past the stroke of midnight but must be silent at 12:30 a.m.
