Davis wants impeachment trial delayed
Retired West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Robin Davis wants her impeachment trial delayed until after the November 6th general election. Davis says she wants to ensure that the law, not politics, will influence the outcome of the trial. Davis faces four articles of impeachment and is scheduled to go on trial in the Senate October 29th.
