College has new President
BridgeValley Community and Technical College has its new president. The South Charleston school announced Dr. Eunice Bellinger as the replacement for Dr. Jo Harris, who is retiring this summer. Bellinger has over 20 years of experience, which includes a teaching stint at the United Arab Emirates’ Abu Dhabi University.
