Amtrak’s Cardinal Train

A bill cleared the House Wednesday that could lead to expanded service for Amtrak’s Cardinal passenger train. House Bill 2856 would give the state Tourism Commissioner power to work with other states to increase the Cardinal schedule from its current Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedule. The bill is moving over to the Senate.
