Parents think school is starting early

Some parents say students at Kanawha County Schools are starting too early in the year. The issue was raised Wednesday night with school officials after a broken air-conditioner forced canceled classes last week. Schools opened August 8th and some parents say that’s way too early. Officials with the schools say the heat is a problem for all.
