18-wheeler crash shut down Turnpike Tuesday afternoon

Several lanes of the West Virginia Turnpike were shut down Tuesday after two 18- wheelers wrecked near Chelyan. The wreck happened around 6:25 p.m. near the Barrier C toll booth. One tractor-trailer ran into a barrier, and the other jackknifed trying to avoid the first wreck. No injuries were reported.
