WV Senate tables teacher pay raise

Classes are canceled for a seventh day across West Virginia. The Senate voted yesterday to table a pay raise bill, instead referring the bill to the Senate Finance Committee to look at all options before taking action. Senate leaders say they’re skeptical of the Governor’s revenue projections to fund the salary increases.
