WV Senate moving ahead with impeachment trial rules

West Virginia Senate members met yesterday and agreed to conditions and who will have authority over the impeachment trial of three state Supreme Court Justices. Justices Allen Loughry, Beth Walker and Margaret Workman will be tried individual in three separate trials. The Senate will serve as a jury and determine whether the justices should be removed from office.
