Workman’s impeachment trial on hold

Justice Margaret Workman’s impeachment trial is on hold after the state Supreme Court ruled that a trial by the Senate is unconstitutional. The West Virginia Senate will reconvene Monday, despite the Court’s ruling. The Senate is weighing it’s options and considering an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
