Supreme Court Justice indicted
Governor Jim Justice says state Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry should resign, while some Democrats in the Legislature are calling for his impeachment. Loughry was indicted on twenty-two federal counts yesterday, including fraud, false statements, and witness tampering. If convicted, Loughry faces up to 395 years in prison, and a 5-and-a-half-million dollar fine.
