St. Albans police officer resigns

A St. Albans police officer has resigned and two others are on administrative leave amid an internal investigation. Sergeant Matt Martin has resigned after six-years on the force. St. Albans Police Chief Joe Crawford says in order to protect the integrity of the investigation; he won’t be releasing any further information, and hopes to have a resolution within the next week.
