Senate will begin work on impeachment process

Members of the state Senate will be called back Monday to begin work on the impeachment process against three West Virginia Supreme Court justices. The Senate will receive the articles of impeachment approved by the House of Delegates. Delegates passed articles of impeachment against Justices Allen Loughry, Robin Davis, Margaret Workman, and Beth Walker. Davis announced her retirement yesterday.
