RISE WV audit questions home reconstruction

A legislative audit is questioning whether any homes have been completed through the RISE West Virginia program. The audit says it doesn’t appear any home reconstruction has been completed, and that 48 of the 49 invoices were for mobile home replacement. Governor Justice says the report got it wrong, and that eighteen families have moved into new homes.
