Power Plant Closing
A West Virginia Power Plant is closing. M&G Polymers plans to shut down its Mason County operation in the next two months. Word came out this week that financial troubles are forcing the place to shut down and they are working with lenders to wind down the process. The operation is along the Ohio River and Route 2 and has been running for years.
