Officials leaving
A couple of longtime West Virginia state officials will be leaving soon. West Virginia Department of Corrections Commissioner Jim Rubenstein is planning to retire on April 1st. In a couple of weeks, the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration Commissioner Ronald Moats will be leaving. His last day will be February 17th.
