Money for Drug Testing

The West Virginia State Police now have some more money to help them catch up with drug processing tests. One million dollars is coming from the Attorney General’s Office Consumer Protection Fund to help speed up drug related cases. The hope is once the drug testing backlog is caught up that will ease some of the overcrowding at regional jails.
