Registered Independents & Republicans

The number of registered Independents and Republicans continue to climb in the state. At the same time, those who consider themselves Democrats are dropping off. The indications from the state’s early voting shows 47-percent of the ballots cast were from Democrats, 36-percent were GOP voters, and 13-percent had no particular party affiliation.
