Man went to buy cigarettes and left baby home alone

An Oak Hill man is accused of leaving his baby home alone while he went to buy cigarettes. Twenty-six-year-old Dylan Dossett is charged with child neglect after admitting to officers that he left the baby alone. Police also found drug paraphernalia in the home on Terry Hill Avenue. Dossett is in jail and faces several charges.
