Loughry trial underway
The federal trial against suspended West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry will get underway this morning at ten o’clock. Loughry is facing 25 federal charges for fraud, witness tampering and lying to federal agents. A jury of ten women and two men was seated yesterday. The trial is expected to last about two weeks.
