Loughry takes the stand in federal trial
Suspended West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry took the stand yesterday in federal court. He denied many of the allegations made by earlier witnesses. Loughry is facing over twenty charges, including mail and wire fraud and making false statements to the FBI. The trial will resume this morning at 9:30.
