Former County Attorney pleads guilty to child pornography charges
A former Putnam County attorney and assistant prosecutor in Kanawha County has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges. Fifty-nine-year-old Stephen Sluss was sentenced to 72 months behind bars and 15-years of supervised release. Sluss admitted to receiving videos of over the inter net of minors engaged in sex acts.
