Federal lawsuit against WV hemp farm

A federal lawsuit continues against a West Virginia hemp farm. The U.S. Attorney’s office filed a civil suit against CAMO Hemp of West Virginia, and Grassy Run Farms. The lawsuit claims that hemp is part of the marijuana family, and is still a controlled substance.
