A disturbing case of animal cruelty

Charleston police are investigating a case of animal cruelty. A dead pit bull was found hanging in a tree Tuesday night on Madison Avenue. Police have surveillance video of a man walking a dog, and then returning a few minutes later without the dog. Police are still looking for a suspect.
