Authorities identify body discovered near elementary school

West Virginia State Police have identified the man whose body was found near Ashford Rumble Elementary School in Boone County. A person riding at ATV found the body of 20-year-old Tyler Ball Wednesday afternoon in a wooded area off of state Route-one. The state medical Examiner’s Office is investigating.
