Delegates vote on new Speaker of the House

Delegate Roger Hanshaw is the GOP nominee for the new Speaker of the House. Former speaker Tim Armstead resigned to run for the West Virginia Supreme Court. The Democrats are likely to nominate current Minority Leader Tim Miley. The full House will vote for a new speaker this morning.
