New Higher Education Commission Chancellor

WVU Institute of Technology President Carolyn Long has been appointed to lead the Higher Education Policy Commission. Retiring Chancellor Paul Hill will stay on for six months as an adviser. Last month Governor Justice created the Blue Ribbon Commission on Four-Year Higher Education to help the system run more efficiently.
